Job summary

Glean is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Glean Enterprise Context to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise AI technologies. You will craft narratives around context, indexes, and enterprise data, translating complex architecture into customer value.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, and Communications, shaping market narratives and enabling field teams with technical collateral and launch plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
• Experience in data platforms, AI systems.
• Knowledge of RAG, indexing, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical decisions into clear customer messages.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Glean Enterprise Context.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to craft differentiated positioning and narratives.
• Lead end-to-end launches for platform capabilities and customer education.
