Glean is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise Context to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise AI capabilities. You will translate advances in context, connectors, and data architecture into clear product narratives and differentiated market positioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
• Experience with data platforms, AI systems, or related technical category.
• Deep understanding of AI data systems including RAG, indexing, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and enterprise data architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technical decisions into clear customer and business implications.
• Strong technical storytelling and writing skills for audiences from developers to executives.
• Track record of bringing complex technical products to market and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Degree requirement or equivalent practical experience; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Enterprise Context.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture and roadmap priorities into differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Lead end-to-end launches for platform capabilities, including audience, communications, documentation, and field enablement.
• Define Glean’s point of view on the context stack and create technical content and customer stories.
• Represent Glean Enterprise Context as a technical spokesperson and enable sales via proof points and architecture.
