Glean is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Glean Enterprise Context to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the technologies that power reliable, enterprise-grade AI. Enterprise AI is at its root the intersection of AI and enterprise data and you will shape telling this story in the market. This role will translate advances in context, connectors, indexes, Enterprise Graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, into clear product narratives, differentiated market positioning, and practical resources that help customers understand Glean Enterprise Context.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, research, sales, and communications. You will stay close to the rapidly evolving data and AI landscape, develop a strong point of view on where the market is going, and bring Glean’s technical advantages to life through launches, customer communications, thought leadership, technical collateral, and field enablement.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for a product marketer who can engage deeply with technical teams, understand how modern data systems work, and communicate complex ideas with precision and impact. You will help establish Glean as a technical leader in the next generation of enterprise AI.
Location:
The standard base salary range for this position is $224,000 - $258,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
