Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Conversational AI to own the customer-facing agent end-to-end across chat and voice. You will shape flows and interfaces directly with partner design teams and our in-house designer, driving day-to-day design decisions and prototyping in Figma.

The role requires 8+ years of product management, hands-on ownership of a production voice product, and strong design and frontend capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including principal or lead-level ownership of a customer-facing product.
• Hands-on ownership of a production voice product, including ASR/TTS tradeoffs and latency budgeting.
• Design fluency with ability to produce flows and mocks in Figma as a de facto design lead.
• Front-end experience building/shipping web front ends and credible with engineers.
• Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients shaping requirements and launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Set the product bar for voice, including latency, turn-taking, and localization.
• Engage enterprise partners from discovery to launch decisions.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test conversation flows and interfaces.
• Define agent behavior, tone, escalation policies, and guardrails.
