Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end for HTS. You will shape flows, interfaces, and the user experience across chat and voice in close partnership with partner design teams and our in-house designer.

You will lead discovery with enterprise partners, translate requirements into product decisions, and drive hands-on design work in Figma while collaborating with Partner Solutions and Success teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with customer-facing products.
• Experience with conversational AI or automation is highly preferred.
• Hands-on with design tools and prototyping; acts as de facto design lead.
• Strong partner-facing skills with enterprise clients and complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners from discovery to launch decisions.
• Partner with design and engineering for flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Define agent behavior, tone, escalation policy, and guardrails.
