Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the customer‑facing conversational agent end‑to‑end across chat and voice. You will shape flows and interfaces in collaboration with partner design teams and our in‑house designer.

This is a design‑leaning role where you will be the day‑to‑day decision maker, driving prototypes in Figma and testing AI‑driven flows with enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, leading customer‑facing products.
• Hands‑on ownership of voice products with ASR/TTS basics.
• Design fluent; can mock flows in Figma and lead lean design teams.
• Able to prototype with AI tools without waiting on engineers.
• Hands‑on front‑end experience on web front ends.
• Deep partner‑facing enterprise experience.
• Data‑driven approach with CSAT and escalation metrics.
• Familiar with LLM‑based products and prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for customer‑facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Set voice KPIs: latency, turn‑taking, barge‑in, localization, ASR/TTS quality.
• Engage enterprise partners from discovery to launch decisions.
• Collaborate with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily in Figma and produce flows and wireframes.
• Build prototypes with AI coding tools to test flows.
• Define quality bars with the evaluation team across chat and voice.
• Specify agent behavior, tone, escalation policies, and edge cases.
• Incorporate field learnings into the roadmap.
