Job summary

Hopper seeks a Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist to own the customer-facing agent experience end to end. You will shape conversations, interfaces and flows in close collaboration with partner design teams and our in-house designer.

Lead design in Figma, build AI-enabled prototypes, and drive product decisions with enterprise partners across chat and voice channels, influencing go-to-market and success outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products.
• Experience with conversational AI or automation in enterprise contexts.
• Design fluency and ability to produce flows and mocks in Figma.
• Front-end development experience to prototype without heavy engineering.
• Strong partner-facing experience with enterprise clients.
• Data-driven approach using CSAT, resolution, containment, and escalation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners from discovery to launch decisions.
• Collaborate with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily in Figma and create flows, wireframes and assets.
• Build prototypes using AI tools to test flows and interfaces.
• Define quality bars and track performance metrics for success.
• Specify agent behavior, tone, escalation policies, and edge cases.
• Stay aligned with GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success teams.
