Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, its agentic AI assistant for travel. You will own the customer-facing conversational agent end to end, shaping flows and interfaces in collaboration with partner design teams and in-house designers.

You will drive daily design work in Figma, build AI-assisted prototypes, and translate partner asks into scalable product choices for multiple brands. Strong emphasis on hands-on design leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with customer-facing product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery and launch decisions.
• Partner with solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily in Figma to produce flows and wireframes.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test flows and interfaces.
• Define quality bars with the evaluation team (resolution, containment, escalation, quality).
• Specify agent behavior in detail and iterate from production data.
• Stay close to GTM and Success teams to feed learnings back into the roadmap.
