Job summary

Hopper seeks a Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, its agentic AI assistant for travel. You will own the customer-facing conversational agent end to end, shaping flows and interfaces with partners and the in-house design team.

You will drive design daily in Figma, prototype using AI tools, and define high-quality interactions across chat and voice to serve millions of travelers and top brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products.
• Experience with conversational AI, customer experience automation, or related space preferred.
• Ability to design flows and basic mocks solo in Figma; lead lean design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery and launch decisions; translate partner needs into product choices.
• Collaborate with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
