Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, its agentic AI assistant for travel. You will own the customer-facing agent end-to-end, including conversations, interfaces, and the user experience across chat and voice, partnering closely with partner design teams and our in-house designer.

The role emphasizes design fluency, prototyping with AI tools, and hands-on front-end work. You will influence roadmap decisions, collaborate with enterprise partners, and shape the product for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with principal or lead ownership of a customer-facing product.
• Design fluency and ability to produce flows and mocks in Figma as a solo lead.
• Ability to write enough code to prototype without waiting for an engineer.
• Hands-on front-end experience delivering web front ends.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Partner with enterprise clients and solutions teams to shape requirements and launches.
• Drive design decisions and create flows, wireframes, and assets in Figma.
• Build working prototypes using AI tools to test conversation flows and interfaces.
• Define agent behavior, tone, escalation policy, and guardrails from production data.
• Collaborate with GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success to feed field learnings into the roadmap.
