Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on information technology experience in systems analysis, application design, application development, and application program development
• 7+ years of development experience in Java, Swift, Swift UI, Kotlin
• 5+ years of experience in designing and evolving scalable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and managing complex app lifecycles
• 5+ years of experience in managing stakeholders' requirements and technical solutions
• 3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline automation
• 3+ years of experience in setting engineering standards, mentoring senior engineers, and influencing mobile strategy company-wide
• 1+ years of experience with AI technologies and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks
• 1+ years of experience with Flutter
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence engineering direction without formal authority

Responsibilities

• Architectural direction and standards for department initiatives
• Lead technical advisory and vendor evaluations
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps aligned with enterprise technology plans
• Lead and mentor engineers to improve reliability, security, and operability
• Drive DevSecOps maturity and shift-left testing and automation
