Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to define and drive the technical direction for the organization and to partner with product, architecture, and engineering leadership on mobile strategy.

You will stay hands-on with critical-path systems, mentor engineers, ensure reliability and security, lead architecture reviews, and translate prototypes into scalable, production-grade platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on IT experience in systems analysis, design, development, and program development.
• 7+ years of development in Java, Swift, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
• 5+ years in designing and evolving scalable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders' requirements and delivering technical solutions.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
• 1+ years of experience with AI technologies and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• 1+ years of experience with Flutter.
