RTX’s Precision Control Actuation System (PCAS) team in Huntsville, AL seeks an expert mechanical engineer to support development, build, and verification of control actuation systems. You will work autonomously with mastery in control mechanism development and influence multiple IPTs across programs.

This role provides hands-on lab activity, access to senior engineers, and growth through CAD, GD&T, and machining knowledge. Occasional relocation to Tucson may be considered for project needs.

Formación

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• An advanced degree with 7+ years experience can be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in mechanical engineering design.

Responsabilidades

• Work autonomously with expert knowledge in control mechanism development.
• Engage in hands-on hardware builds, integration, tuning and verification.
• Collaborate with IPTs to support program needs and timelines.
