Role may be staffed in Tucson or Huntsville, with on-site requirements and a DoD Secret clearance. The position emphasizes autonomy, rigorous verification, and collaboration across IPTs.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 8+ years' experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 8+ years in air vehicle or missile actuation control design/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide controls engineering support for flight actuation control system architectures.
• Develop high-fidelity models and test plans to verify performance against requirements.
• Work autonomously with occasional oversight and adapt to program needs.
• Engage in hardware test design, execution, and data analysis.
