Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to broader business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising and align experts from qualification to close.
• Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP, making delivery capabilities visible to teams.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to deploy first-month solutions in weeks.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale solutions beyond ProServe.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with judgment.
