Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a Pan-Amazon ProServe team. The role shapes how ProServe brings Amazon's commerce and advertising heritage to enterprise customers globally.

You will orchestrate cross-BU collaborations, translate capabilities into repeatable solutions, and work with strategy, delivery teams, and partners to scale offerings across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical specialist customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, linking advertising and marketing technology to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
