Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. You will translate Amazon's proven commerce and advertising capabilities into solutions that ProServe teams globally can bring to customers across all industries and geographies.

This high-visibility role requires navigating ambiguity, leading through influence, and collaborating across Strategy, ProServe delivery teams, and partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical specialist, customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
