Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This leadership role shapes how commerce, advertising, and data-driven marketing solutions are offered to enterprise customers worldwide.

You will translate Amazon’s capabilities into repeatable offerings, working across Strategy, ProServe delivery teams, and partners to scale impact and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising.
Serve as ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP organizations.
Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
Drive reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for rapid deployment.
Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale solutions across geographies.
