Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to pioneer the Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain within ProServe, translating Amazon’s capabilities into repeatable offerings for enterprise customers globally.

You will collaborate with Strategy, ProServe delivery teams, and partners to shape pursuits where commerce, advertising, or data-driven marketing creates customer value across diverse geographies and industries.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical specialist, customer-facing roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field
Experience integrating MarTech in enterprise SaaS ecosystems connecting advertising & marketing tech to business outcomes

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits for commerce or advertising with right experts and sequencing from qualification to close
Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations to make delivery capabilities visible to teams
Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery
Drive creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to deploy rapidly for subsequent customers
Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and expand reach for scalable commerce/advertising solutions
Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with strong customer-outcome bias
