Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to become the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a Pan-Amazon ProServe team. You will translate AWS capabilities into enterprise solutions across Digital Commerce, Advertising, and MarTech for global delivery.

You will collaborate with Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners to shape pursuits and create scalable offerings, operating across time zones and industries with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments with SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits for commerce/advertising opportunities, aligning experts and sequencing from qualification to close.
• Bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP to make ProServe capabilities visible to teams.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
• Create reusable integration assets and accelerators to deploy capabilities faster for new customers.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale commerce/advertising solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with bias for customer outcomes.
