Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role shapes how ProServe applies Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities to drive measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

You will work across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe delivery teams, and partners to scale offerings globally, navigating ambiguity and engaging senior stakeholders to create customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles.
• Experience integrating MarTech with complex SaaS ecosystems including CRM and data infra.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising with other Amazon domains.
• Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP teams to expose delivery capabilities.
• Support deal structuring with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasibility.
• Create reusable integration assets and accelerators to shorten deployment time for new customers.
• Coordinate with partners to extend delivery capacity and scale solutions across geographies.
