AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high visibility role shapes how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon's commerce, advertising, and MarTech capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will translate Amazon's proven capabilities into scalable solutions and work with domain experts to connect customers to the breadth of Amazon's business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising across Amazon domains.
• Serve as ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations for visibility and delivery.
