Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.

This high-visibility role will translate Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities into repeatable offerings for enterprise customers globally. You will lead cross-functional engagement across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe delivery teams, and partners, shaping pursuits that connect customers to the breadth of Amazon's

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
