The Atlantic District seeks a Principal Insurance Agent to lead a boutique Farmers agency in West Chester, driving growth, operations, and client service. You will shape strategy, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional protection for local families and businesses.

You will partner with underwriting and carriers, review portfolios annually, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive coverage optimization and superior service.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three+ years of experience managing complex insurance accounts.
• Deep understanding of risk management and coverage structures.
• Strong comfort with modern agency management software and digital document systems.
• Clear, articulate communication with clients and underwriters.
• Valid professional references.
