The Atlantic District in Palmyra, VA is seeking a strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers agency by leading growth, operations, and client service. You will be the face of the firm in the community, with autonomy to schedule your time and build a scalable client base.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in direct insurance sales or account management, a license, and strong local market knowledge. We offer a competitive base salary with commissions, bonus opportunities, PTO, comprehensive

• Evaluate current client needs and conduct thorough risk assessments to provide tailored policy recommendations.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking functions to foster meaningful relationships.
• Guide prospective clients through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their coverage.
• Collaborate with the wider team to streamline office workflows and enhance the overall client experience.
• Meet and exceed production goals while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and ethical conduct.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly valued but not required
