Meet with clients in our Norristown office to evaluate their risks and discuss coverage needs.
Prepare and deliver competitive quotes that provide genuine value to our local families and businesses.
Manage policy renewals and updates to ensure our clients always have the right protection.
Act as a local resource, answering questions and resolving concerns with patience and clarity.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure favorable terms for unique coverage requests.
Keep accurate records of all client interactions to maintain our high standard of service.
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license in Pennsylvania.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
Deep understanding of personal and commercial insurance products.
Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.
Ability to translate complex policy language into clear advice for clients.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is helpful.
