At The Atlantic District, we believe that insurance is more than just paperwork; it is a promise of protection for our neighbors in New Castle. We are currently looking for a Principal Insurance Agent who views the industry the same way we do—as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As our Principal Agent, you will be the face of our firm, guiding clients through their most important decisions with clarity and kindness. You will have the freedom to shape your own approach to sales, focusing on building long-term relationships rather than chasing quick transactions. If you are an experienced insurance professional who thrives on local connection, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a team that puts humanity first, we would love to welcome you into our office family.

Demonstrated history of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal accounts.
Deep understanding of policy structures, underwriting guidelines, and risk assessment.
Strong comfort level with modern insurance management software and CRM platforms.
Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
