Job summary
Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Principal Product Line Manager to own the EW and sensing product line, guiding strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. This role partners with engineering, BD, and leadership to deliver scalable, mission-focused capabilities for defense customers.
The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, technical fluency with RF systems, and proven experience in defense markets.
Qualifications
- Eight to twelve years in product/mission solutions leadership in defense tech or EW/SIGINT/RF sensing.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Experience engaging with military operators, acquisition personnel, and defense stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for EW and sensing capabilities.
- Define how sensing and communications evolve as an integrated platform.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps spanning radio-integrated and standalone sensing products.
- Engage with end users and customers to uncover pain points and use cases.
- Translate insights into actionable product requirements and drive development priorities.
- Lead pilot programs, field tests, and customer engagements.
