Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base throughout the Palmyra area
Evaluate current client needs and conduct thorough risk assessments to provide tailored policy recommendations
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking functions to foster meaningful relationships
Guide prospective clients through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their coverage
Collaborate with the wider team to streamline office workflows and enhance the overall client experience
Meet and exceed production goals while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and ethical conduct
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management
Strong knowledge of local insurance market trends and policy structures
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly valued but not required
