Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to shape and drive the enterprise CV Platform. You will partner with product leaders to define requirements, manage APIs, data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud synchronization, and own the lifecycle of reusable CV models across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products, AI/ML, or cross-functional domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, pipelines, or CV algorithms for ML/data products.
• Strong understanding of CV/ML lifecycles, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, definition, and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal alignment, define platform requirements, and drive adoption of services.
• Write MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and AI infra from ideation to deployment.
• Define and track metrics for platform adoption, performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform roadmap decisions.
