Job summary

CoreWeave is looking for a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services to lead the go-to-market of its foundational AI infrastructure. You will drive commercial and technical strategy, translate field insight into roadmap input, and champion GPU cluster and networking capabilities to early adopters.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and sales to shape playbooks, pricing, and scalable customer engagements across enterprise and research buyers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HPC or data center infra with revenue impact.
• 5+ years with large-scale GPU clusters and RDMA networking.
• Deep knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink.
• Experience deploying Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads.
• Understanding compute instances, CPU-GPU memory bandwidth, NVMe tiers.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks (PyTorch FSDP, Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed).
• Understanding of BGP, peering, data center interconnects in multi-region deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and technical strategy for new customer wins in core AI infra.
• Drive new opportunities where compute bottlenecks or network limits hinder scaling AI.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives.
• Engage with enterprise buyers as the voice on GPU cluster architecture and networking.
• Design commercial framework for large-scale GPU reservations and MFU modeling.
• Partner with capacity, infra, and networking teams to maintain competitive edge.
