Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Principal Solution Specialist for Infrastructure to own the end‑to‑end commercial lifecycle of the company’s most complex AI infrastructure deals. You will design deal structures, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and negotiate terms that create durable value for both sides.

You will engage with procurement, legal, and executive leadership, developing playbooks that scale with CoreWeave’s growing global field organization and product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure sales or deal structuring.
• 5+ years owning the commercial structure of large infrastructure commitments.
• Deep understanding of AI infra procurement and deployment decisions.
• Fluency across GPU compute, high‑performance networking, storage, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to align sales, finance, legal in complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end commercial lifecycle of large infrastructure deals globally from architecture to execution.
• Structure and close long‑term compute and networking commitments with cross‑functional teams.
• Design deal frameworks, pricing models, and term structures for AI customers.
• Own the deal desk function and provide real‑time guidance to the field.
• Develop playbooks and inputs to product, engineering, and finance based on customer feedback.
• Engage with procurement, legal, and executive leadership as CoreWeave's commercial voice.
