Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services to drive new AI infra deals. You’ll translate field insight into roadmap input, shape technical playbooks, and lead engagements with enterprise and research buyers to enable high-density GPU deployments.

You will own the commercial and technical strategy, work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and capacity teams, and help define repeatable processes for scalable growth in a fast-moving AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HPC, data center infrastructure, or GPU cluster engineering.
• 5+ years working with large-scale GPU clusters and RDMA networking.
• Deep knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink and topology impact on distributed training.
• Experience deploying large Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads.
• Understanding of compute instances, memory bandwidth, NVMe storage, and power/ cooling for enterprise deals.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks (PyTorch FSDP, Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed).
• Understanding of BGP, peering, and data center interconnects for multi-region deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and technical strategy for net new AI infra deals.
• Drive new opportunities where compute bottlenecks or bandwidth limit scaling.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping the roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives.
• Engage with enterprise and research buyers as the voice on topology and performance.
• Design the commercial framework for large GPU reservations, MFU modeling.
• Partner with capacity, infra, and networking teams to maintain a competitive edge.
