Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Principal Solution Specialist for Infrastructure to own the most complex deals from first conversation to execution. You will shape deal frameworks, pricing, and cross‑functional alignment across sales, legal, finance, and product teams.

You will engage with AI company customers at executive levels, refining large-scale commitments and driving value across CoreWeave's platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure sales or commercial operations
• 5+ years shaping commercial structure of large infra commitments
• Deep understanding of how AI companies procure and operate infrastructure
• Fluency with CoreWeave's infra portfolio and AI workloads
• Proven ability to align sales, operations, finance, and legal in complex negotiations
• Experience engaging with C-suite and procurement leadership on large deals
• Commercial fluency in long-term economics, ramp schedules, and SLAs

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of CoreWeave's complex infrastructure deals globally
• Structure and close long-term compute, networking, and platform commitments
• Design deal frameworks, pricing models, and term structures
• Own the deal desk function for infrastructure commitments
• Enable sales with playbooks, frameworks, and pricing alignment
• Engage with procurement, legal, and executive leadership
• Collaborate with product and services teams to build integrated proposals
• Translate customer conversations into product, finance, and marketing input
• Drive improvements in pipeline visibility and post-signature handoffs
