Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Principal Solution Specialist for Infrastructure in the United States to own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex infrastructure deals. You will design frameworks, negotiate terms, and build playbooks that guide field teams, collaborating with sales, legal, finance, and product to maximize value across AI compute, GPU, networking, and storage offerings.

You will engage executives and procurement leaders to move multi-stakeholder deals to closure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure sales experience.
• 5+ years owning or shaping commercial structures for large infrastructure commitments.
• Deep understanding of how AI companies evaluate procure and operationalize infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of large infrastructure deals from architecture to execution.
• Structure and close long-term compute and AI platform commitments with cross-functional teams.
• Design deal frameworks, pricing models, and term structures to balance customer needs and CoreWeave objectives.
• Lead deal desk function with real-time guidance and pricing alignment across opportunities.
• Provide infrastructure deal playbooks, TCO models and competitive positioning for the field.
• Engage with procurement, legal, and executive leadership as CoreWeave's commercial voice in negotiations.
• Collaborate with product teams to reflect value of CoreWeave's infrastructure in proposals.
• Translate customer conversations into input for product, engineering, and finance teams.
• Improve pipeline visibility and deal review cadences to support a growing field team.
