Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Account Solutions Architect (Engaged) to partner with existing customers across our AI-first platform. You will work hands-on with leading AI teams to scale their workflows, deepen platform adoption, and drive expansion opportunities, partnering with Account Managers and Field Engineers to ensure customer success.

You will solve complex technical problems for enterprise customers, communicating effectively to both engineering and executive audiences while shaping the next

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
• Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with CoreWeave customers across the platform.
• Help AI teams solve real-world problems by deepening platform adoption and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Specialist Field Engineers, and customer teams to maximize value and ensure success.
• Represent the voice of the customer and surface product feedback to the field and product teams.
