Job summary

CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, is seeking a Solutions Specialist for Data Services to shape the data layer frontier. You will own commercial and technical strategy for new data infrastructure deals, turning early customer learnings into repeatable patterns for sales and solution architecture.

In this high-impact role you will work across multi-cloud networking, data lakes, vector databases, and high-speed storage tiers to unlock GPU adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems, storage engineering, or data architecture.
• 5+ years working with multi-cloud networking and data transfer protocols (S3, rsync, WAN optimization).
• Deep working knowledge of storage technologies including NVMe-over-Fabric, POSIX filesystems, and object storage.
• Experience deploying and tuning large-scale database clusters (SQL, NoSQL, or Vector).
• Strong understanding of high-speed interconnects, data gravity, and enterprise deal structure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-native storage orchestration (CSI) and workload portability.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new data infrastructure wins in storage, data mobility, and pipeline design.
• Drive new business opportunities where data migration, egress costs, or multi-cloud sprawl hinder GPU adoption at scale.
• Translate requirements around data lakes, vector databases, and high-speed storage tiers into product feedback shaping the roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives to accelerate storage-heavy opportunities.
• Engage enterprise buyers as the authoritative voice on data gravity, multi-cloud networking, and total cost of moving workloads.
• Design the commercial framework for multi-petabyte data pipeline deals, including egress cost modeling and GPU utilization commitments.
• Partner with capacity and infrastructure teams to maintain a competitive edge on storage efficiency, performance, and security.
