Deckers Brands is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to shape the architecture powering our consumer-facing platforms and AI platform. You will lead across brands and regions to balance enterprise standards with innovation, enabling scalable, governed AI and a composable DTC ecosystem.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise architecture in retail, plus 3+ years building AI/ML in production. Expect leadership, collaboration, and strategic roadmapping across global teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture within retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• 3+ years hands-on experience architecting AI and ML solutions, including generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven MACH and composable commerce architecture experience; cloud-native, microservices and API integration.
• Experience with multi-cloud (AWS) and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an enterprise-wide architectural vision for DTC commerce and AI.
• Define governance policies and AI review processes.
• Create a multiyear DTC and AI architecture roadmap with milestones and risks.
• Own target architecture across ecommerce, OMS, payments, CDP, loyalty, content, search and personalization.
