Deckers Brands seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect to shape the DTC and AI architecture across brands and regions. You will drive governance, multi-year roadmaps, and a cloud-native, API-first approach to enable scalable consumer experiences.

You will lead a team of architects and AI practitioners, align initiatives with strategic goals, and report progress to senior leadership while ensuring security and compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 8+ years in enterprise/solution architecture in retail/fashion/consumer goods.
• 3+ years architecting AI/ML, including generative AI and LLMs in production.
• Proven MACH/composable commerce with microservices and cloud integrations.
• Experience with large transformation projects including AI adoption.
• Global product experience with regional strategies and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud (AWS) with security and scalability.

Responsabilités

• Develop an enterprise-wide architectural vision for DTC and AI.
• Define governance policies and AI review processes.
• Create a multiyear DTC/AI architecture roadmap.
• Own target architecture for DTC data flow across platforms.
• Champion MACH and API-driven architectures.
• Oversee data governance and security for DTC and AI.
• Lead and mentor architects, engineers, and AI practitioners.
• Track KPIs and monitor emerging technologies.
