Park Nicollet Brookdale is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals, and support clerical duties in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires 6 months' related experience, solid computer skills, and the ability to handle telephone calls with professionalism. Work is performed Monday–Friday daytime with occasional Saturdays at Brookdale, MN location.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles.
• Proficient with telephone, PC, printer and fax.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients at front desk and assist with check-in/registration.
• Collect co-pays and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Support clerical duties and department processes.
• Conduct patient outreach for scheduling and rescheduling, send pre-appointment letters.
• Manage lobby maintenance and sorting/mailing of faxes and mail.
