Park Nicollet Burnsville Primary Care is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support front desk and call center operations, greeting patients, handling calls, scheduling appointments and processing co-pays. The department operates with a Monday–Friday day shift and occasional Saturdays.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced, patient‑focused clinic serving diverse families and maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development for safe patient service.
• Proficiency in operating telephone equipment, PC, printer, copier and fax.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients or employer groups.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Provide clerical support to Front Desk and Call Center tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver courteous service.
• Support process improvements and adapt to department changes.
