Park Nicollet Burnsville Primary Care is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support both the Call Center and Front Desk functions. You will handle patient calls, greet patients, collect co-pays, and help schedule appointments and referrals throughout the day.

Open to individuals who can work a Monday–Friday day shift with occasional Saturdays. The team values professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles for patient service.
• Proficient in operating telephone, headsets, PC, printer, photo copier and fax machine.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and respond to incoming patient calls quickly and accurately.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals.
• Support clerical duties across Front Desk and Call Center in a fast-paced clinic.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide courteous, timely service.
