Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles for safe patient care.
• Proficient with telephone, PC, printer, copier.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at front desk and support check-in/registration.
• Collect co-pays and schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Provide clerical support within the department assistance office.
• Respond to patient and employer group calls with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow defined guidelines.
