Park Nicollet Brookdale is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. This role focuses on greeting patients, checking in, collecting co-pays, and scheduling follow-ups and referrals, while supporting clerical duties and patient outreach in a fast-paced clinic.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, with experience in a medical setting preferred.

Formación

• 6 months related experience
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
• Must be proficient in the operation of telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photo copier and fax machine
