Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a dynamic Pricing Strategy Leader to own pricing and monetization for Cisco’s cybersecurity portfolio, spanning both hardware and software solutions. This high-impact role reports to the Sr.

Director of Pricing and Strategy and collaborates with product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to drive scalable pricing and packaging. You will conduct annual pricing reviews, analyze customer price elasticity, and benchmark industry trends while building pricing tools

Qualifications

8+ years in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business strategy in tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or consulting.
Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and services pricing models (subscription, consumption-based, perpetual).
Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and pricing elasticity methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco’s cybersecurity products.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to deliver pricing and packaging solutions.
Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis, and market research to optimize monetization models.
Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing strategies.
Partner with the broader team to build scalable pricing tools and capabilities.
