Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Manager Financial Pricing to blend strategic finance, pricing strategy, and commercial decision support. You will partner with Sales and Operations leadership to shape pricing, forecast performance, and drive disciplined decision-making that optimizes margins.

You’ll lead analysts, develop financial models, and provide analytics for deal structuring, cost modeling, and incentive design, while guiding cross-functional teams toward pricing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree in MBA or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in finance, pricing, or analytical roles.
• 3+ years in pricing, deal evaluation, and contract economics.
• 4+ years partnering with sales/operations leadership.
• 3+ years developing financial or pricing models in Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and team members.
• Act as a financial advisor to sales leaders and operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
• Provide analytical and financial support for pricing, including deal structuring and margin evaluation.
• Provide commissions calculations, sales analytics, and performance reporting.
