Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager Financial Pricing who blends strategic finance, pricing and business partner responsibilities to empower sales and operations leaders with sound, margin-driven guidance.

You will mentor analysts, lead pricing initiatives, develop models for deal structuring and forecasting, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, HR and Compensation to optimize pay structures and incentives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field is required.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in progressive finance, pricing or analytical roles.
• 3+ years supporting complex pricing, deal evaluation and contract economics.
• 4+ years partnering with sales and operations leadership.
• 3+ years in pricing models in Excel or similar tools.
• Pricing strategy, deal economics, margin management, financial planning, forecasting and scenario analysis.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor and develop analysts and team members.
• Act as financial advisor to sales leaders, pricing strategy, and business trade-offs.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
• Provide analytical and financial support for pricing, including deal structuring and margin evaluation.
• Provide commissions calculations, sales analytics and performance reporting.
• Assist pricing team with pricing guidelines, tools and strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR and Compensation on pricing and incentives.
• Train field and sales teams on pricing methodology and forecast variances.
• Develop and maintain pricing and financial models for field evaluation.
• Advise on risk, cost controls and business opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual planning related to pricing and profitability.
