Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in progressive finance/pricing/analytical roles.
• 3+ years in pricing, deal evaluation, contract economics.
• 4+ years partnering with sales/ops leadership.
• 3+ years building financial models in Excel or similar tools.
• Pricing strategy, deal economics and margin management.
• Forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial planning.
• Understanding incentive compensation and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts, oversee planning, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Advise sales and operations on pricing strategy and business trade-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide financial support for pricing, including deal structuring and margin evaluation.
• Prepare commissions calculations, sales analytics, and leadership reports.
• Develop pricing guidelines, tools, and strategies for field leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales/Operations/HR on pricing and incentive design.
• Train field and sales teams on pricing methods and variance analysis.
• Create and maintain pricing and financial models for opportunity evaluation.
• Advise on risk, cost controls, and business opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasts and annual pricing planning.
• Participate in deal strategy discussions to set margin requirements.
