Job summary

The role partners with cross-functional teams and leads continuous improvement initiatives, with travel up to 10%. A strong background in finance, forecasting, and SAP-like pricing processes is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and team members.
• Act as a financial advisor to sales leaders and operations pricing strategy.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
• Provide analytical and financial support for pricing, including deal structuring and margin evaluation.
• Provide commissions calculations, sales analytics, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Compensation on pricing and incentive design.
• Train field and sales teams on pricing methodologies and financial best practices.
• Develop and maintain pricing and financial models for field evaluation of opportunities.
