Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Manager Financial Pricing to lead pricing strategy and financial oversight across sales and operations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping pricing decisions, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize margins and risk/reward alignment. The role involves mentoring analysts, cross-functional collaboration, and developing pricing tools and models to support field pricing and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• MBA or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and team members.
• Act as a financial advisor to sales leaders and operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
• Provide analytical and financial support for pricing, including deal structuring and margin evaluation.
• Provide commissions calculations, sales analytics, and performance reporting.
• Assist pricing team with pricing guidelines, tools, and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on pricing, pay structures, and incentive design.
• Train field and sales teams on pricing methodology and forecast variance.
• Develop and maintain pricing and financial models for field use.
• Advise teams on risk, cost controls, and opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual planning for pricing and profitability.
• Participate in deal strategy discussions to establish margin requirements.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data and recommend actions.
